New Tampa’s Largest Master Planned Community

Tampa Palms is New Tampa’s largest, and probably most prestigious, community, encompassing close to 7,000 acres west of I-75, along Bruce B. As you would expect from a community of this caliber, the amenities and activities are endless. There are miles of trails for biking, walking, or however you may want to exercise. Launch a canoe into the Hillsborough River at the River Park or pack a lunch and have a picnic at one of the other four parks throughout the community.
