Standard Pacific is producing smaller homes, ranging from 1570 to 2350 square feet in two neighborhoods. Windward Homes is one of Tampa’s largest homebuilders, contributing a majority of Panther Trace homes. New home price tags in Panther Trace range from $210,000 to $480,000 from the builders.
Being part of the Panther Trace community means enjoying the amenities you would expect from a community of this caliber. A clubhouse, including a full service kitchen and entertainment areas, is available for rent for classes, meetings and parties. An amusement park-like 105,000 gallon swimming pool, lagoon and splash area is divided to keep smaller toddlers out of the big pool while allowing older kids and adults the freedom to venture back and forth. A second pool, picnic area and playground opened recently, a county-funded park is in the works next to Collina Elementary (located in Panther Trace) and a county-maintained open space for adventuring is adjacent to the community. There are completed tennis courts available for residents' use and a second recreation area is being considered.
Easy access to I-75 makes commuting into the city a simple task. Of course, there are plenty of employment options closer to home, at Panther Trace. A fire station, post office and library are all within two miles. A short drive north of Panther Trace, right off I-75, is Westfield Shopping Town, also called Brandon Town Center.
