Our data is uploaded daily directly from the MLS provider. Sites like Trulia and Zillow, amongst others, allow agents to upload their own listings, much like a Craig's list posting. As such, it doesn't get taken down once it's sold unless the agent does so manually - which most don't. Why? Because it's free advertising for them.
