Hunter’s Green is located just east of I-75 off Bruce B. Downs Blvd and is one of New Tampa’s original and exclusive golf course communities. Hunter’s Green Country Club, with its Tom Fazio designed golf course, runs through the community and is one of New Tampa’s two private golf clubs, Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club being the second. You don’t have to be a resident of Hunter’s Green to join the Country Club, and residents of Hunter’s Green are not required to join the club.
