The entrance to Grand Hampton is lined with 75 huge live oak trees and is located off County Line Road, east of I-75 in New Tampa. The Hampton Club is the centerpiece at Grand Hampton, with an 8,000 sq. ft. clubhouse that includes a state-of-the-art fitness center and aerobics room. The Grand Club Room at the club is used for community planned gatherings with a full kitchen facility and is also available for residents' private functions. Outside the clubhouse you’ll find an Aquatic Center with one resort style pool with a huge waterslide that the kids love, plus a competition pool, 4 lighted tennis courts, a golf putting green, and a playground.

In keeping with Old Florida living, Grand Hampton real estate is all about nature and an environmentally friendly policy towards development. Miles of nature trails run through the community and along the peaceful Cypress Creek. Grand Hampton has set aside two areas for parks that are in harmony with their surroundings. Both parks are located in phase two and began construction in 2006, with an estimated completion for early 2007. The Lakeside Park will be next to the 16 acre Hampton Lake and will have a fishing pier that extends onto the lake, along with a sand volleyball court, and a covered picnic area with barbecue grills. The Outpost Park will be the larger of the two parks and will be set along Cypress Creek. The Outpost Park will have an Outfitters Post where residents can take out a canoe or kayak and then launch it from the dock at Cypress Creek. There will also be a large covered picnic area with an outdoor fireplace and barbecue area.

There are currently 6 neighborhoods selling Grand Hampton homes, although there will be more in phase two. When complete, there will be approximately 1,100 homes in Grand Hampton.

Bellevue is a neighborhood with 192 single-family homes, all being built by Mercedes Homes. The average lot size in Bellevue is 50’ x 120’ and many of the homes are within close walking distance of the Hampton Club. The homes are from Mercedes Mediterranean Series.

Weston Manor is a neo-traditional and traditional style neighborhood with 107 single family homes, all being built by Standard Pacific Homes. Most of the homes have open front porches and in the neo-traditional section the garages are at the back of the homes and not visible from the street. Also, all of your exterior maintenance is taken care of in your HOA fees in the West Manor neighborhood. In the neo-traditional section the lot size average 35 x 115 and in the traditional section the lot sizes average 52 x 115.

The Hamptons is one of the higher-end neighborhoods in Grand Hampton, and with an average lot size of 85 x 130, it has the largest lot sizes available in the community. 116 homes will be built in The Hamptons, either by Arthur Rutenberg Homes or Taylor Woodrow Homes.

The Heron Hill neighborhood is being built by Mercedes Homes and ICI Homes and will have 132 homes. The average lot size in Heron hill is 75 x 120 with many of the homesites either being close to the Hampton Club or tucked away on a cul de sac with great conservation views.

Oak Creek is being built by Southern Crafted Homes and Mobley Homes and will have 105 home sites, with an average lot size of 60 x 120. Oak Creek is located close to the The Hampton Club and homes at the back of the community look out over a nice sized lake.

Club Manor East is a community of 53 luxury town homes that is being built by Bayfair Properties. The community is located directly across the street from the Hampton Club.

There are plans for a Club Manor West which will include 51 town homes, but won’t be complete until sometime in 2007.
