Property Insurance Relief on the Way

The bill is expected provide relief to home owners from rising property insurance costs. Florida lawmakers passed the bill on Monday at a special session that was scheduled specifically to address skyrocketing insurance costs in Florida.
How much savings can consumers expect? Well, that’s still a widely debated topic, but expectations range from 5% to 20%. Consumers with policies through the state run company, Citizens Insurance, are expected to see the greatest savings.
