Connerton in Land O' Lakes Gets a New Owner

Good news for Connerton residents, the master planned "New Town" community located in Land O Lakes, FL, which had been abandoned by its original developer, Terrabrook, back in December has been purchased by Dallas based CoastOak Group. According to news reports in the St. Pete Times and the Tampa Trib, the new owner plans to continue to the original vision for the community.
