Wesley Chapel seems to be taking a little longer to show signs of recovery. July 2007 was down on just about all points; the one positive continues to be inventory. Home inventory remained flat; there are currently 1,071 Wesley Chapel homes for sale, compared to 1,071 in June.
The lowest priced home sold in July was a mobile home located in Timber Lake Estates, while the highest priced home was sold in Seven Oaks.
