July 2007 New Tampa Real Estate Report

Although I’m not sure I can say we’ve turned the corner, home inventory is down again with 943 homes for sale in June, compared to 913 in July. The Wall Street Journal showed Tampa as one of only four metro areas with declining home inventory in July.
Hunter’s Green had both the lowest priced and highest priced homes in July. A Highland’s condo with 1 bedroom, 1 bath sold for $95,000, while the highest priced home, which was located on the golf course, had 5 bedrooms, 6 ½ baths, and a 4 car garage.
