Homes prices declined by 4.4% compared to last year and inventory remained even with 1,100 active Wesley Chapel listings, compared to 1,089 active listing on February 22, 2007. Although inventory remains high in Seven Oaks, the community continues to see strong price gains. Whereas both Meadow Pointe and Lexington Oaks saw price declnes.
